Terms and Conditions Shipping :
Your order will be in process within 5 Business Days after we receive your transaction. We will contact you once your order is ready for a pickup by you or by the Aramex Shipping Company.
Aramex will have the responsibility to deliver within 4 Business from picking up your order as their shipping rules and terms and conditions apply ” www.aramex.com/terms-of-use “. We will send you the tracking number once the picks up take place and you can follow up your order using Hot Line Aramex 16996 or website www.aramex.com . If you cancel your order after the shipping company picks it up or if you Fail to Pick Up your order within 7 business days after you receive the tracking number your order will automatically be cancelled without informing you and there will be 100 L.E Aramex Cancellation fee on your account and you will be responsible for paying it as a result of shipping to you and back shipping to us.
Cash On Delivery System will not work if choosing an order more than 4000 L.E or choosing River Product more than 30ml;
- We can not send one order with more than 4000 L.E Cash on delivery method as per Aramex policy. You can choose other Payment method other than COD.
- We can’t ship River Product with large quantities because if your order got delayed for any emergency reasons the heat might damage River Product package. We only ship it on your own responsibility if you insist on choosing a pre payment method other than COD which will be not refundable.

Terms and Conditions Ordering:
When you are checking out your order, If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you by Email or Telephone letting you know within 2 Business days from your order. You will be then able to decide if you did a pre payment method to get a refund for this item only or your total order or exchange it and this is available only before getting your order ready or picking up the order by you or Aramex shipping.
If you order to Pick Up At Store and Pay At Store,
Your order will be in place and It will take within 5 business days after checkout your order. We will contact you when it is ready. Once it is ready you can pick it up within 24 Hrs, If you failed to pick it up then your order will automatically be canceled without informing you.
When Checking out your order, there might be a slight change of price due to shipping and fuel surcharge or change price of USD to EGP, if there is any change we will contact you before making your order ready.
We have the right to refuse serving any order to any customer any time with no reasons provided.
If we did any change to your order, You will be then able to decide if you did a pre payment method to get a refund for this item only or your total order or exchange it and this is available only before getting your order ready and confirm with you via Email or phone. After getting your order ready or if no changes made by us to your order or the price of your order, Refunds will be not accepted.

Terms and Conditions Of Usage:
Anything that you submit to the Site and/or provide to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”) will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. The absence of answer following such a demand will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within 2 days.

As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Any disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of the implementation, interpretation, performance of these Terms and Conditions, shall be finally settled through arbitration by a single arbitrator to be appointed in accordance with the rules of Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA). The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field and is independent of either party. The venue of the arbitration shall be Cairo. The language used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction and enforced in accordance with the Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through competent courts.
Pyramidscc.com is operated by Pyramids for Contracting & Commerce, a company registered in Egypt. International Credit Card Payments that you make through the Site will be processed by our contracted Payment Service Provider.
